  • *sigh* Add me to the list of folks with duplicate and now split stats. I have two entries for my main site, https://www.simmonsconsulting.com … all my stats up to yesterday are in the first one, all future stats seem to be going into the second one.

Anyway to merge them back into one?

    Thanks &
    Cheers,

    Toby

To prevent duplicate stats entries in wordpress.com, you should choose the option to “Replace an existing blog” when you reactivate the WordPress.com Stats plugin.

Just upgraded to WP 2.7RC2 and replaced my previous stats for Reeves-Hall.net. Now I have two of that name in my stats — the one with all my historical stats and a new one as of the upgrade with nothing in it yet.

This is a really old thread — and many people complaining. Is there no solution to merging duplicate entries?

As much as appreciate wpstats. The duplicate url site stats problem has become more than annoying. I am shocked there is no solution to this problem after one year of the problem being addressed. I also have a blog that isn’t even installed on a server that shows up on the wpstats list. So are there any solutions for these problems?
