wpt_field_options for taxonomies not working on EDIT page

Hi,
Unfortunately, wpt_field_options is not working on EDIT Term Page. The $title is blank so the Dynamic options aren’t showing. It only displays when you add a term category.
Do you have a latest workaround for this?
I saw my situation similarly to this article but it’s not working:
