Wptouch dropdown menu hidden behind issuu.com & youtube embeds

All details at the link below, I tried adding wmode transparent and opaque params to embeds. What I seek is the answer to exactly where to change the z index values, in order to order my menu as at the very front, (that should do it) but also I suppose to stick the flash at the back. I’m a learner, (can you tell!). I included in this link the code from header.php in the wordpress theme,the divs that code sits in (which i assume will help ascertain where the relevant css is to add the z index values?) plus the relevant css docs (there are a couple more but i’m very sure it’s in one of the 2 x i included at this link).
If someone just knew how to read code to locate the right bit of the css I should amend in those 2 x docs ) I should be good to do! Although a paste of exactly what to put would be ace if poss! I was just planning to find the css for the dropdown and give it a z-index of 10000 or something!
I’m told this is common issuu with the wptouch plugin so I hope someone has solved it already! Fingers crossed!.
