wptouch fatal error

  • I install wptouch and it works but when I go to the settings I get
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _fetch_remote_file() (previously declared in /home/content/c/o/l/collagesblog/html/wp-includes/rss.php:538) in /home/content/c/o/l/collagesblog/html/wp-includes/rss.php on line 556

    I have the rss.php, any ideas?
