WPtouch plugin just showing blank page

    Hi,

    I installed WPtouch and I just get blank page on the front. Moreover, I can’t seem to configure almost anything in administration, nothing in WPtouch->Theme Settings or WPtouch->Menus is visible.

    If it’s relevant I had WPtouch Pro, I uninstalled it and installed Wptouch. Now nothing works.

    I tried to desable all plugins and I got nothing.

    But, plugin works with the same theme hosted on the same server, just on another WP site.

  • Hi there,

    It sounds like a PHP error is being thrown which is causing your server to stop rendering the page. Your best bet is to review the server’s error logs to see what the error is –?you’ll be able to debug from there.

    No, there are no errors, all there is are some notices regarding WP deprecated functions, nothing more.

    Moreover, Wptouch Pro is working (last licenced version I have is 3.3.4), only the free one doesn’t.

    Ha, I found the problem ??

    Since I previously had Pro version and some premium theme activated, free version couldn’t couple with that and didn’t work like it should since I wasnt able to change the theme.
