WPTouch Pro no option to log support ticket

    Hi, I have recently purchased WPTouch Pro. It will not hold the selected options in settings. The moment I move away from the page it reverts to the previous setting.

    It is also serving the desktop version, rather than the mobile page, to some devices using IOS chrome.

    Despite having paid for the pro version, and the website saying that it is possible to log a support ticket, there is no page, or option to do so.

    Please urgently advise.
