WPvivid Back up stuck at 14%, 28%, 42%

In our experience, a backup stuck/timeout issue is usually caused by a low PHP time limit on your server.

It is recommended that you adjust WPvivid settings as suggested in this doc to increase the backup success rate.

If the issue persists after that, would you provide us with a copy of the backup log so we could check and suggest further?

THis looks like a common problem. WPVivid backup gets stuck at 42%: no errors nothing. Retry ijn seconds, retry 1 and final stop. After changing as suggested in doc, there was a slight improvement (stuck at 71%, exact behavior as before). Sent log etc to support, still no news,

Apologies I havent come back sooner – just an update I was still having the issue after trying the tips in the suggested doc. I found a workaround though = I increased the number of back up attempts (before it times out) to the maximum amount allowed and then set my website to back up at midnight – it seems to take a long time and a number of attempts but does back up eventually – hope this helps other, thanks

THis is getting annoying. After a few days working, and without any change in the site, wpvivid refuses to go beyond 28% and gets stuck (note that the competitor, that I was forced to use because of this malfunction, works without problems). No lack of space and time, but still it gets stuck. Already sent logs to support. Any news or suggeastions?
