Please visit the doc and set up the WPvivid settings:

After that, you can restore the site content one by one:

You can decompress your zip packages of your backup files if they are merged into a single package when backing up. After that, you will get the following zip packages:

1. wp core
2. wp content
3. plugins
4. themes
5. uploads
6. database

Then, upload them individually to the target site and restore separately.
