Hello, I am writing to you because I downloaded the free WPVR plugin on a website and I have elementor pro. I tried to upload a video tour, this video is already in virtual reality, but I don’t see the WPVR widget on elementor. I also tried with the shortcode on gutenberg, but it doesn’t show up in augmented reality. Do I need the pro version to get the augmented reality video and elementor widget?

    Thank you

  • Hi @marziacutaia ,

Thank you for trying out WPVR.

You don’t need the pro plugin to get WPVR Elementor Widget and 360-degree video support.

It’s available in the free version.

Please follow this guide to publish using WPVR Elementor Widget: https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-embed-virtual-tour-elementor-widget/

And if you still face any issues, you can contact us on our website’s support platform.

    Hi @jahirchowdhury ,

I tried to check if I had the WPVR widget on elementor but I can’t find it. I am sending you a screenshot where I show you I have the WPVR plugin and when I search for it on elementor: https://imgur.com/a/2Mm12dQ

Is there any setting I need to activate? Or is it still not possible to use it in Italy?

    Thank you so much

    Hi @marziacutaia ,

Sorry for getting back late due to the weekend.

There’s a possibility that an Elementor Add-on is using the same hook for one of its elements as we’re using for our WPVR Element.

Can you please tell us if you’re using any Elementor Add-on on your site (Free or Pro)?

We’ll test it on our end to see if we face the same issue as you.

    Hi, don’t worry.

The plugins I use for elementor are: envato elements, essential addons for elementor, the plus addons for elementor. All free.

    Thank you

    Hi @marziacutaia ,

We’ve tried to re-create your scenario on our end with Elementor + Elementor Pro + Envato Elements + Essetial Addons + Plus Addons.

However, we didn’t find the same issue, the WPVR Elementor Add-on was working on our end.

Can you please let us know which Theme are you using? Or any other plugin you’re using on your site? So we can duplicate your scenario entirely.

Also, you can contact us on our site to help us re-create the issue.

As a theme I used both Storefront and Hello Elementor Child, with both the widget does not appear.

Thank you so much for your help`

    Hi @marziacutaia ,

    No worries.

We followed the same setup as you and tried activating each of the themes.

Still, we got to access the WPVR Elemeentor Widget.

Now, there are 2 things you can check:

-> If all the plugins are updated to their latest version.

    -> A plugin Conflict Test.

You can also check for any error notices on your console.

Or, you can contact us on the Live Chat or Support window on our site.

We’ll get back to you there.

    Hi,

I think I found the conflicting plugin, the plugin in question is the plus addons for elementor.

Thanks so much for the help, I should now check which widgets I was using with that plugin in order to replace it.

The only thing I don’t understand is why the video in VR is only shown as a video and you can’t act on it. I think you don’t even take care of that.

    Thank you so much

    Wow, that’s awesome!

    Hi @marziacutaia ,

Sorry for getting back to you late.

We’re glad that you found the issue for now.

And can you please give us some details on the issue you’re facing with 360 videos?

Like which type of 360 video are you using (Self-hosted, YouTube, or Vimeo) and what issue it caused.

We’ll have a look and get back to you.

    Regards,

    Hi @marziacutaia ,

Since we haven’t heard anything from you in a while, we’re marking this thread as resolved.

Feel free to open another thread if you face any issues with WPVR again.

    Have a great day!

    Regards,
