[wr_points_on_cart] not visible in free version

    Dear,

    On the cart page, the shortcode [wr_points_on_cart] is not visible.
    I checked and it has been set up in the appearance configuration menu.

    As a test, I added the shortcode to display the point balance and this one works [wr_points_balance]

    Do you have any idea of what can be wrong? I’m using Divi Builder but the problem is the same with the Woocommerce cart shortcode [woocommerce_cart] in place of the cart Divi module.

    I’m testing the free version of the plugin with the idea of buying it if it works great.

    Bonsoir,

    Inutile d’acheter la version pro si la version gratuite vous convient.

    Regardant le shortcode, il n’affichera quelque chose que si votre système de fidélité (MyRewards → Points et Fidélité) utilise le mode “Points sur panier” pour ses récompenses.
    S’il est en mode “Coupons WooCommerce”, alors il ne s’affichera pas et vous devriez plut?t utiliser le shortcode [wr_available_coupons]
