    Hello,

    I searched many months for a good WP rating plug in an found yours to be the best one on WP. However, I am very new to WP and I am having trouble figuring out a couple things with the plug in and was hoping you can assist or point me to a forum with the answers to my questions.

    1. I removed the Pros and Cons text but they box still appears; how do I delete the text box?
    2. How do I resize the comments box? It takes up the width of my page and I would like it to be smaller?
    3. How do I set the comments so that users do not have to input their name, email or website info? I would like users to be able to rate a topic anonymously.

    Hello, regarding #1 and #2 unfortunately you would need some custom coding done from a freelancer, for customizations of this level I recommend https://fiverr.com

    For #3 this unfortunately is not caused by the plugin and is a setting by WordPress, go to Dashboard->Settings->Discussion and under the comments section uncheck the option where it says that posters must fill out their name and email.

    Thank you Victor,

    One more questions;

    How do we keep the rating system always at the top. For example, when you use the rating system, it keeps the comments at the top and pushes the rating system to the bottom. Therefore, if we have a page with 500 ratings and comments, new users to the page will have to scroll to the bottom to have the opportunity to rate someone.

    Thanks for the Fiverr tip. I’ve been using them a lot and they are a bit stumped on this one.

    Hello, sorry but again this is not caused by the plugin but rather it’s how your theme is designed and handling comments.

    You could also look to https://codeable.io for customization work.
