Wrapping external script in WordPress Theme

  • Hi,

    What is the best way to modify an external script so it uses my wordpress theme? The script developers want to incorporate this once I’ve made the change. Do I butcher WordPress’ index.php? Are there guidelines available? I can hack something out but I’m sure this has been tackled many times before.
