Write permisions from Plesk installation

I was running WP 2.5 on my blog (www.mikechenwriting.com/blog) but my server crashed. While they’re rebuilding it, I want to put up a temporary blog.

My server’s new control panel is Plesk and it comes with one-touch installation of WP 2.0. It has limited FTP options right now so I installed this and it appeared to install fine. I went to the dashboard and that looked ok.

However, I can’t edit the template or write any posts. It says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” when I have read/write access to files and directory, at least through the control panel.
