write Post by Form

Hello
I want registered users to compile a Form with their data: name, status, hobby, favorite food, category, etc.
?
the data sent by the form must have wordpress posts
and users should have the ability to edit posts that they write.

I tried many plugins and did lots of searches with google but found nothing!
