Write post section whitened out. Can’t type in text box

  • OK my very first newbie post, which has been probably answered a thousand times. Did a search and couldn’t find the answer so here goes.

    I have just installed wordpress 2.1. All seems very well. Installed a theme and went as smooth as silk. Now came to personalize it with some text. Went to the write page, typed in a header. No probs. Then tried to type in the text box below. Couldn’t. Its whitened out and won’t allow me to type. So what the hell am I doing wrong?
