‘write post’ upload panel missing [again]

  • hi everyone
    I have 3 WP istallations on the same server, and only the 1st one works without problems
    2 other ones are having the same error – after some time, the upload option in ‘write post’ pannel is gone. Even re-install is helping for few moments only. The last time, even the dashboard is half empty ??
    any solution ?

    ps. [all the files are on the server]
