• Hi,
I spent a lot of time adding a button to a page on https://pumpkinads.co.uk
When update the page and click on the button it takes me to https://articulatedmedia.com with a message for an internal server error 500.
How can it be? All other links on the page work perfectly well, only this one doesn’t even though it is freshly written every two minutes.
    All cache and cookies cleaned.

  • I see the issue.

However, you should contact Avada support as this is a theme issue and you are using a commercial theme.

You can access their support here: https://theme-fusion.com/support/

Ah, thank you so much Keith!
I’ve checked .htacess, plugins and the theme.
What I did is changing the button link to another page which will have the same content.
Is it possible only one page to be corrupt with such a way?

I don’t think anything is corrupt. As I pointed out, you are using the Avada, which is a very popular theme. Just re-create the button using the page builder. But there surely could be something wrong in .htacess.

I did recreate the button a few hundreds of times. Pointing to a different page though did the job.Renaming the htaccess and changing the theme did no help.
