Wrodpress Backend Login Dashboard not Working

  • Wp-admin is not working.

    I have tried to deactivate all plugins and then active one by one I found that the mandrill plugin is the reason broke my website, it’s continuously loading.

    The older version doesn’t have this issue.

  • I have this issue as well, only on /wp-admin/index.php.

    My apache error log says:

    Eventually it times out. Advice, anyone?

    Is there any update on progress on fixing this?
    (I have to remember not to update this plugin every time I do plugin updates)

    I’m having the same issue. The dashboard won’t load with the latest version of the plugin 1.4.3 enabled. All other admin pages will load, except for the dashboard.

    Hi there, apologies for the delay on this. @jsuthar , @media-cafe @andreassagen do you have a very large amount of sent emails in your Mandrill account? I’m trying to understand the scale of how this is happening since it’s not consistent across all installs. My thought is that it is trying to load a large amount of data and potentially timing out.

    Maybe that’s not the issue because when i downgrade to lower version of 1.3 it is working perfectily fine,
    but in the new version there are issue with wordpress dashboard.

    I have used this plugin in more then 200+ websites and almost all website getting issue of this, so please help me on this i need solution ASAP.
