Wrong active theme in admin

Hello,

I’m using the Genesis framework with child themes. I’ve had no problem, until I moved to a new host host.

When I make my child theme (“Agency”) active, it works on the site properly. However, the manage themes admin page erroneously indicates that Twenty Eleven is the active theme and the Agency theme is no where to be found on the manage them page. In addition to being annoying and wrong, I can’t change themes because now Twenty Eleven is Agency and Agency is gone.

Is there any clue as to why this may have happened. I was having some problem because apparently on this host, FileZilla was uploading PHP files with a CR-LF rather than just the LF, so I was getting all kinds of errors. I think those have all been cleared, but this active theme problem persists.

Any insights will be appreciated.
