    Hello,
i’m expreriencing Facebook for Woocommerce is getting wrong parameters of value and content_ids.For example if u add product to cart it shows value: 190 instead of 160 and content_ids[“13113_13697”] instead of 13113.I’m watching this via Facebook Pixel Helper.
Also if u add the second product to the card,it shows it summ and not the actual price of the second product.
    Would appreciate any help.

Can you please include screenshots to illustrate?

This screenshot shows that value(price) of the product which is added to cart is wrong in pixel.

    Hi @jeebuzgross

The AddToCart value is the total value of the cart contents, not the specific product just added to the cart. A 160 MDL product on your site has 35 MDL shipping for a total of 195. When visiting the cart, the AddToCart value shown in the pixel helper matches the amount I’m seeing as the order total.

I understand it seemed like it should count the specific items being added to the cart, but Facebook is looking at total cart value instead. AddToCart is concerned with the total value of the customer to your business.

To not automatically add the shipping based on the shop location to products in the cart, change the Default customer location in WooCommerce > Settings to “No location by default.”

Regarding the content ID, this corresponds to the full ID in Business Manager. While 13113 may be the product SKU on your site, 13113_13697 is the ID of the product in Facebook. You can see these values by logging in to https://business.facebook.com/, selecting Commerce, then viewing the items in your catalog.

I hope this helps to clear things up! If you’re still seeing something that looks incorrect, please let us know.
