Hi and thanks for the nice plugin.

While troubleshooting my site, I’ve noticed that after receiving payments in multiple currencies, your plugin displays the amounts correctly as long as it is enabled. Once disabled, if I open the WooCommerce app the default currency is back to USD back the amount is definitely not.

    For example:
With YayCurrency on: USD 2,000 (the sum is correct as the plugin probably keeps a copy of the exchange made at the moment of the transaction)
With YayCurrency off: USD 22,401 (which is the sum of all the transactions made in USD, EUR, PHP, etc.)

Is there a way to avoid that?

    Hi panmaster,

    Thanks for contacting us.

First of all, we sincerely apologise for any inconveniences.

In fact, that is the way our plugin works. If it is disabled then our plugin can not interfere to the report anymore. That’s why the sum?will be counted based on the default currency.

In this case, if you need to view the report in all the currencies then please kindly enable the plugin. After that, you can disable it again in case needed.

Or you also can export all the orders and manually check the report.

We are so sorry once again.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Have a great day ahead!

    Best regards,

    Mia

    Thanks for the clarification, Mia.

I would suggest the implementation of a tool to revert everything back in case the plugin gets uninstalled. Hopefully it will help the user.
