[NSFW] wrong article with apple pay

    Hi,

    We had some customers complaining that they did not got the articles they ordered and payed with Apple pay.

    While testing this we saw a strange behavior:
    If you go to a product detail page with an iPhone/iPad on the latest iOS:
    https://www.magped.com/shop/magped-sport2/?lang=en
    and press the Apple Pay button, then abort this payment and then go to another article:
    https://www.magped.com/shop/magped-enduro/?lang=en
    and press the Apple Pay button there – in the Apple Pay window it first shows the correct article (ENDURO) as long as the circle runs, but then it changes to to former product (SPORT2) as soon as the Apple Pay window asks for user confirmation.

    The same problem when you change an attribute on a product.

    If you press the Apple Pay button abort it, then change the magnet size attribute from 150N to 200N and press the Apple Pay button again. The Apple Pay Window shows the 200N attribute as long as the circle runs, but then it turns to 150N when awaiting the confirmation.

    For me it looks that something in the Apple Pay request is cached? –> so i disabled the caching plugin WP-Rocket. The the problem still exists! We do not use any other caching plugin on our site. Of course we cleared all caches on iPhone and iPad for Safari browser while testing.

    Thanks for you help this is a really serious problem, because customer order and pay for wrong products.

    This problem also exist on Safari on MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7
    and on Safari on MacOS Big SUR 11.1!!!

    I already disabled all plugin’s except WooCommerce and the Stripe plugin.
    And also change to a default Theme: TWENTY TWENTY ONE
    The problem is still there!

    When I change a property for a product an press the Apple Pay button again it first shows the changed product in the apple wallet, but as soon as the circle completes in the wallet it shows the former article with the wrong price.
    If I close the wallet again and press the apple pay button again – after the third attempt it shows also the correct product variation and the correct price.

    hope you can check that soon….
