Wrong Blog Address and WordPress Address

Newbie me entered the wrong website address into both the WordPress Address and Blog Address fields. Now I receive an error when trying to view all my pages but the home page. The default theme has totally disappeared and I can’t figure out how to get back into the Administration -> Options -> General page to reset the addresses. Please, please help!
