Wrong Calculation of the Shipping Cost

Hello,

I created different shipping zones and each one has its own shipping table based on the total weight cart. The products’ weight has 3 decimals (for example 0.264kg) and are between 0 and 2kg most of the time.

This table for North America does not work, it give wrong costs too high.
