    Hi there,
Trying out Mailpoet I ran into a strange thing… When I use Hungarian-specific characters ? ? ? ? (like ő etc.) they are fine in the newsletter editor… sending is also OK without errors, but when I receive the email these characters become ? ? ? ? (like õ and û) …
The mysql tables are all utf8mb4. The pages have the <meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″ /> line in the header.
Is it possible that MP translates the characters into ISO8859-1 (and not ISO8859-2)?
Is there any workaround or support?
    (Or maybe I missed something…?)
Honestly, I don’t really want to revert to PHPMailer, although it works fine with this encoding ??
Please let me know if someone has an idea for this.
    Thanks,
    Sandor
