Wrong Chat ID

  • Hi there,

    I am getting the error ‘Chat Session Not Found’

    I’ve followed your help guides and completed the following:
    *Incognito mode
    *Chat enabled to yes
    *Chat hours setup
    *Different browser

    I have identified it is the same problem as here

    However the post is locked and I cannot reply.
