Wrong citation in intext

    The APA citation rule follows (Tutz & Berger, 2016), however I saw (Tutz and Berger, 2016). I never seen that in official manual. Moreover I selected ‘And: No’ in in-text option box, however ZotPress prints out ‘and’, not ‘&’.
