Wrong count for twitter followers

  • Hi, The twitter count shows 5k but I have 6.5k followers – where is the 5k coming from?

    What information did you enter for Twitter exactly?

    Did you select to show live counts, or did you enter a manual figure?

    Hi,
    I set it up with a manual number of 20 then followed the instructions to set up the app in Twitter and changed it to Retrieve the number of Twitter followers and it came up with the figure 5k. I have just bought the premium version for another site so was hoping to stick with the free version on this one. Love the dolphin icons ??

    Ok, so why don’t you get the premium one for this site (repeated purchase comes at 20% discount), so you have both dolphins, as well as we can do a deep-dive regarding the Twitter counts? ??
