• Hi,

When I am in the ‘Orders’ tab everything is okay, there are orders in PLN as well as in USD. But when I go to ‘Analytics’ it doesn’t include PLN (USD is set to be default currency). For example, my client spent 500 PLN on a product and when I go to the ‘Clients’ tab in the ‘Total spend’ column it shows 500$ instead of 500 PLN. Is there a way so that it would change PLN transactions to USD to show it correctly or it would show data in both currencies because now analytics doesn’t make any sense when it shows 500$ instead of 500PLN? I’ve seen that topic (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-analytics-8/), the person had a similar problem and you suggested to him to update the plugin. I did the same and it didn’t do anything or it will only work for future orders?

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi there,
We are sorry about your information that you mentioned
Do you use cache plugins on your site? If yes, please enable “Use cache plugin option in the General tab. Clear all caches and check again.
Moreover, please set in the custom symbol (In General tab) add USD and PLN there and check again on the front end.
    Looking for response

    Best regards,
    Jen

    Hi, thanks for the reply
Yes, my site uses WP Super Cache plugin and I had already enabled “Use cache plugin” option. I also added custom symbols as you said, but nothing has changed. Orders in PLN still show in USD.

    Best regards

    Hi,
The issue could be order currency are not set correctly for some of your orders.
If your default currency is USD, when you go to admin orders, all orders in PLN must have a red line showing converted amount in USD, please see https://prnt.sc/19p0mpo
Please go to your admin orders to see if you have any orders like that.
    Best regards

Yes, that’s what I mean. The issue is that order currency info(base currency, rate…) somehow could not be saved. Please let me know some information about how they were placed, something like payment method…

    Hi,
I don’t really know what you want me to show you, so I’ll show you two things:
    – General settings of the plugin (https://prnt.sc/1an80x9)
    – How I add the prices of products (https://prnt.sc/1an8oq0). I’ve turned on ‘Fixed Price’ option in the settings so I can manually set the prices in both currencies. I just choose my product and in its properties, I set up its price.

    Best regards

Those settings have nothing to do with this issue, please let me know:
    – The payment method of that order
    – Do you use any plugin to change the checkout flow?

    – Payments in PLN were done by bank transfer.
    – I have ‘Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts’ plugin. It’s enabled, but I haven’t set up any fee yet, so it doesn’t add any additional fee to the checkout price.
