    Hi! Thanks for writing.

I’m attempting to re-create the symptom. It would help me if you could tell me more about your setup.

I looked at your site and saw the three tiles in a row, the third being a link to the calendar of events.

The image that shows a picture of a calendar of the year 2014 I saw as you said — inspecting it shows that its pointing to a .jpg file on the server. (don’t know how that is set, hopefully I’ll be able to learn that!)

It looks like wp-tiles plugin with tiles, and each one pointing to a page of some sort — this is where I got stuck.

Will you share more — how was the row of tiles created? Was it with the wp-tiles plugin as I suspect? if so then what are the settings inside the wp-tiles page/post/other configuration, that tell it to point to the event calendar?

If you can write back with some detail of how the settings are currently set in the wp-tiles plugin (if exists), and in the events calendar plugin, (, or anywhere else like in a relevant area of your theme’s settings), then that may help us to troubleshoot better!

    Hello!

So when pointing to a tile we ID the page the tile should reference. To get that ID number, I go to the active Events Calendar page (https://wp.me/P4R8X4-9I) and then click to edit the page. In the web address @ the top of the page is the reference ID: https://hpwescontractorsupport.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=602&action=edit. For the Events Calendar, it is ‘602.’ Since it points to the current calendar I am confused by the image is showing 2014.

Let me know if you need any other information. Thanks so much for your help!

I’m trying to reproduce so that I can troubleshoot.

But I’m stuck trying to reproduce the environment.

In the Dashboard, when I go to “Events” > “Settings” > “General(Tab)” > “Events URL slug”, it brings up the page as mysite.com/?post_type=tribe_events — and even though I’m logged in there’s no edit Page button at the top.

Are you using a plugin, add-on, or custom functionality to make the Events Calendar show up on a post/page? — How do/did you get the calendar to show up on a page?

    Hello,

Our plugin does not include any images such as the one on your website and the tiles on your website are not a default feature included in our plugin, so we are unable to provide support here. It looks like you could simply upload a new image and replace the image displaying the incorrect year.

Best of luck and thank you for choosing TEC. Cheers!
