• Hello everything is fine?

    When the customer accesses the order list on the dashboard, the date is using the server’s Timezone.

    As you can see in the prints below.

    Order 7380 shows the date 3 hours ago, this order was made less than 30 minutes ago as you can see in the print.

    Could you please help me to solve this problem?

    I already tried to reproduce same issue on my local platform however unable to do so. We consider this issue as a site oriented issue. Please make sure you use the updated version of WooCommerce and Dokan plugin.

    If you already use the updated version and still facing such an issue then please let us know your site info. It will allow us to be more certain on the reason behind your mentioned issue.

    Hello, thank you very much for the reply.

    I’m using the latest version of Dokan and Woocommerce.

    I’m using Timezone America/Sao_Paulo.

    As you can see in the WordPress settings it also shows this 3 hour difference between universal time and local time.

    Is there any way I can adjust the plugin to get local time?

    Hi @rnmariano ,

    The website typically operates on Local Time rather than Global Time, which means that it adapts to the time zone of the user. In your case, as you are currently located in the America/Sao_Paulo time zone with a UTC-03:00 offset, the site will display in Local Time.
