wrong date on site lockout

  • I have been getting site lockout Emails, but the date is wrong, I have checked my server and the date/time is correct.

    Lockout in Effect Until 1970-01-01 00:00:01
    Reason too many attempts to access a file that does not exist

    Any ideas please
