• While in the middle of writing a post, I accidentally hit a wrong key. It took me to a new screen. I got back to the screen I was on, but when I wrote the post, at the end, it had this:

“This entry was posted on Wednesday, December 31st, 1969 at 4:00 pm and is filed under . You can follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0 feed. You can skip to the end and leave a response. Pinging is currently not allowed. Edit this entry.”

How do I fix this so I get rid of this and get the correct date?

    Thanks.

  • Edit the post, on the right hand column there’s a list of things you can edit. Click on the plus signs to expand the post date box, put in the right date for that post, and tick the “edit timestamp” checkbox. Finally, save the post.

    This should sort it out.
