Hello there @elenaocone ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have installed Mailpoet contextually to WooCommerce, but all subscription dates and Mailpoet system emails dates are fixed on the plugin installation date
How to correct this?
The subscription dates and Mailpoet system email dates are controlled by the WordPress timezone settings. It’s possible that your timezone settings are not properly configured, which is causing the issue.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Click on the Settings menu and select General.
- Scroll down to the Timezone section and ensure that the correct timezone is selected.
- If you’re unsure of your timezone, you can find it by visiting this link: https://www.timeanddate.com/time/map/
- Once the correct timezone is selected, click on the Save Changes button.
After completing these steps, the subscription dates and Mailpoet system email dates should reflect the correct timezone. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know.
Have a great day.
