I have a problem with inconsistent delivery dates being shown. The following illustrates the problem.

    1. I order an item and select a delivery date of 28th Sep.
    2. After completing checkout, the order details show 27th Sep.
    3. The customer receives the confirmation email showing delivery date 28th Sep.
    4. The order details on the WooCommerce backend show delivery date 23rd Sep.
    5. Scrolling down the order details, shows delivery date in Custom Fields as 28th Sep, yet further down, in the area that allows me to change the delivery date, the delivery date shows 27th Sep.

Any idea what’s going on. Have I misconfigured something or is this a bug. I’m using the free version of the plugin.

    Hi @broganm,

I think it’s a bug and that needs to be fixed. We will replicate the issue and will give you an update here as soon as we find anything related to this.

    Hi Tychesoftware,

Thanks for the reply. This is a pretty serious bug which makes the plugin pretty unusable. Our customers are continually complaining about confusion over the delivery dates they enter.

Can a fix be be fast tracked on this other wie we will have no option to ditch the pluin and look elsewhere?

    Kind regards

    Hi @broganm,

I understand your concern. I have actually tried many scenarios to replicate the issue at our end with the latest version 3.16.0 but I was unable to reproduce the same here. You can see the video that I captured: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/3TZa4qfdVyspaFCKnn8Y

I would need the following information from you.

    1. Can you show me the setup through screenshots you have done in our plugin?
    2. Can you tell me which payment method you used?
    3. Can you share with us the error message of our plugin if you received in your debug.log file?
    4. Can you also capture the video of the issue?

    1. Plugin setup – https://www.day10.co.uk/odd_settings1.gif and https://www.day10.co.uk/odd_settings2.gif
    2. Payment method for this transaction was cheque. The live site uses Monek gateway to Lloyds Cardnet and gets the same result for delivery dates,
    3. The debug.log file is here https://www.day10.co.uk/debug.log
4 Capture video is here https://youtu.be/ENgyAeARiJg

    Hi Tychesoftwares,

It’s been 4 weeks since I last heard from you on this. Has anything been done about it? Is the developer still working on it?

I have the same problem, in the order page shows a different date than the list of orders

Same problem with me. Is there any update on this issue ?

    Hi @broganm,

We tried many scenarios at our end in trying to replicate this bug with the plugin’s latest update(v3.16.1) but we were unable to reproduce this.

Are you facing this issue with the latest release? If yes, can you share the screenshot of the order page and the setup of the plugin’s page by creating the ticket here? That would be helpful.
