    Hello,
I’m contacting you because I have a problem that I just noticed with your module that I use on all my sites.
By going to consult the logs, I just saw that all Google robots are blocked. The IP 66.249.66.210 is blocked, while it is not a fake GoogleBot. It’s just … the real one.
So the question is to see if you plan to make a fix so that only the real “bogus Google bots are blocked”?
Because at this rate, referencing simply becomes hell.
    Thank you for your attention,
    Regards,
    Jerome

Hi, what features did you enable in the plugin? The reason why I am asking is because you are the only person so far that has reported this issue in a long time.

    Than you

May be because I’m the only one to watch logs… I don’t know.
I enabled all the feature. I Saw the problem, so I Thought I’ve done something wrong. For this reason, I used Reset plugin.
So I set-up AIOSWP once again and I enabled all the features.
And in the logs I have this :
    [2020-04-10 22:31:01] – NOTICE : block_fake_googlebots(): IP address = 66.249.66.200

So I don’t know what happen.
And since I have reset the plguin, I keep getting 500 errors. However, I followed, step by step, each of the reset steps.

I have already done this on other sites and the reset went very well. So I don’t think the problem comes from this step.

There may be a compatibility problem with one of the other plugins I use, I don’t know, but it’s annoying.

I spend between half an hour and an hour to log into the site administration each time. I still have to do some work on the .htaccess, tweak it, to finally manage to connect.

Most of the time I do this by removing the cache rules that go into htaccess. But I tried with several different cache plugins, and the problem always returns regardless of the plugin (WP Total Cache, LS cache, HummingBird, W3C Total cache, etc).
The only times when I don’t have a connection problem is when I deactivate AIOSWP.
However, there is no reason to do so. The plugin works perfectly well on all the other sites I use.

Whenever I am on the site, I re-record each stage of AIOSWP. I am trying to connect from another browser to another computer and everything is fine.

And the next day or the day after that, when I try to come back to the site, I am again overcome with connection problems.

I do not know what to do.

    Regards,
    Jerome

    Hi Jerome,

However, there is no reason to do so. The plugin works perfectly well on all the other sites I use.

The above statement leads me to believe that the issue is unique to your site and or server. Are the other sites also running in the same sever as this one not working?
