Hello, I followed all the steps and repeated the procees and the result always is the same, I hope someone help me ??

I’m having an issue when i attach the shortcode (ej: [asp_product id=”123″]) on a text field or shortcode field in my page.

I uploaded a image to show you exatly what’s happening
or you can check it on my page: https://testemlunaspa.epizy.com/ventapalmas/

The shortcode has displaying well the image and the structure with the correct data, also the button has created and the functiolanity of the button has the expected but it seems that the css or the format is not working :/

    Display:
    90.00MX$
    <span class=”asp_price_tax_section”>4.50MX$ (impuesto)</span><span class=”asp_price_shipping_section”> + 220.00MX$ (envío)</span><div class=”asp_price_full_total”>Total: <span class=”asp_tot_current_price”>314.50MX$</span> <span class=”asp_tot_new_price”></span></div>

Instead of putting the correct html or class i don’t know how to explain it hahaha the format is not working

I’m working with Astra template and editing the page with Elementor if it’s help

Thanks for reading and for your help ??

I also removed the plugin and installed the plugin again but it didn’t fix it.

Hi, I just completed a test in my dev site. I tested an English and a Spanish dev site using different themes and I could not reproduce the error you mentioned above. What have you enabled in the plugins settings? What have you enabled in the product settings?

    Thank you.

Hi, I carried out a couple of test in my dev site using two different testing sites and I don’t see any span code displayed on my end. I can’t reproduce your issue in my end.

    Please provide the following details:

    – What shortcode are you using?
    – Can you share the plugins settings configuration.
    – Also, what PHP version is running in your server?
    – What WordPress version is running in your site?
    – Are you running the latest plugin version?
    – Are you using a CDN service for your site?

    Thank you.

Hi, I carried out a test using similar settings to you and in my case it works for me. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce your issue. This issue is specific to your server/site configuration.

In my site I am using PHP 8.0.19 and Apache.

Your PHP version 7.4.8 is out of date. The latest version for PHP 7.4 is 7.4.30. However I am not sure if that would make a difference or not.

I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,
I have the same problem here on the website of a client:
    https://pesqueres.com/asp-products/llibre-les-pesqueres-de-cingle-a-la-marina-alta/

I tried switching to PHP 8.0 and php 8.1
    Problem is still there.

It’s using the Divi Theme, but the product is not using the Divi Builder.
That’a a product page, so no specific shortcode is used.

There must be a something to adjust in the plugin code son the html code is not converted to html entities.

    The problem is here:
    <div class="asp_under_price_line">%_under_price_line_%</div>

In the template of the product page, that “%_under_price_line_%” is not rendered correctly:
    /stripe-payments/public/views/templates/default/template.php

Please have a look at the part of the code that renders the “%_under_price_line_%” variable.
    Thank you in advance!!
    Best regards

I have released a new version of the plugin that should fix this issue. Please upgrade to v2.0.65 when you can. Let me know it goes after that.

    Wonderful!
    It works great now!
    Thank you!
