wrong edit-profile url in multisite

i’ve created some local machines with same settings (clean install + UM):
UM 1.3.60 same issue
UM 1.3.61 still same issue ??

if can help, the issue comes since version 1.3.59 and higher, no problems using 1.3.56 and pre-v1.3.59
