Wrong editlink

Hi.
I want to ask for help.
I made the edit link but the url is wrong.
The link: https://****/home/?frm_action=edit&entry=129843
The correct one would be: https://****/vodafone-karbantartas-jegyzokonyv/?frm_action=edit&entry=129843

Only the link before “?frm_action” is wrong. What could be the reason for this?
