Wrong Email to the customers

Hello,
when a customer completes a purchase, he receives an email with the order details. In this email, very often, some attribute doesn’t appear and also in the order completed page.
I have this issue only on this page and in the email to the customer.
If I go in woocommerce->Order list, the order is complete with all attributes.
I did not modified woocommerce core and also wordpress core.
Cau you help me please to solve this issue?

I manage a costume jewelry ecommerce. In this e-shop you can custom your jewel choosing, for example, metal (gold or silver), color (gold, white or rose) and letter (first of your name), so I have three attributes and three variations.
