Wrong encoding of groups' names and their descriptions

Hi,
I have multisite and use UAM for about 6 years. About one problem I wrote there (no answers, no solutions), but I got another problem. One of site in Russian language. All encoding (incl Russian) in DB in UTF-8. Recently I found that groups’ names and their description in Russian site are “broken” i.e. they are in wrong encoding. Unfortunately I haven’t an idea what it wrote there (it was long time I made it). This was a name in Russian:
D?D?D?D·DoD?Dμ ??D?D′????D2DμD?D?D?DoD?Site in English and in French are OK.
