Wrong Enqueue Format

file name : lib/Wpsqt/Core.php
enqueued File : site.jsPlease use extra parameter (‘in footer’) to include the file in footer instead of header. Because whenever i am working on my jquery version it starts showing problem “jQuery not defined” as the file is being included before I enqueue jquery.js.
