I’m running into a strange issue. When I share a blog post to Facebook it is pulling up an image and a link to the home page.

When I run this post through FB Debugger it is showing the featured image and title from the blog post.

The actual sharing is wrong but the debugger is showing it as correct. Not sure what else to check?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If you click the slider at the bottom of the floating social share bar in the left side of the web page, you will notice multiple floating bars overlapping each-other. A couple of these are sharing URL of the homepage and other one is sharing the URL of the individual web page.
You would like to check only those page-groups in the Placement option where you want to integrate it. Alternatively, you can try enabling Sassy Social Share - Floating widget from the Appearance > Widgets page in the admin, in a widget area that is present on the web pages where you want to show the icons. That widget area could be Footer too. Floating bar will appear at the position that you choose in the options of widget, even if the widget is placed in the footer. After this, you would like to disable all the page groups from Placement option in the Floating Interface section at the plugin options page in admin panel, to avoid multiple floating bars.

Thank you! I changed the settings to not show on the home page and that fixed the sharing accuracy of the other pages and the blog posts.

On the home page it still is showing twice and pulling the wrong picture. Will try your widget suggestion to see if I can fix the home page sharing settings.

Well… I should have waited to post. Your suggestion of adding it to the footer widget worked great! That fixed all the sharing with the help of the Facebook Debugger tool.

    Thanks!
