Wrong Filtering on a Rule

    I believe I came across some bugs in filtering.
    In the picture above, the second filter Category->Not In List->(selected categories) is ignored.

    I have a product that is in tag “Home by Almak”(in list) but also in the category Флаерски производи (not in list) – rule 2 is ignored and product discount is applied.

    If I add the same product in the third rule Individual Products(not in list), it works, and the product doesn’t get a discount.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We checked the same scenario in our local environment and it seems discount is not applied on product which belongs to a Tag (inlist) and a Category (not inlist).
