wrong font used

It is about https://austria-bhutan.org/.

On all the pages in german language the language Roboto Slab is used.

On all the pages in english language it is not.

Why is Roboto Slab not used on
    https://austria-bhutan.org/en/austria-bhutan-partnership-welcome-kusuzangpo-la/ for example ?

In CSS I have:

site-title a, h1, h2, h3, h3 span, h4, h5, h6{

font-family: 'Roboto Slab', serif!important;
    }

So it should be used on that page as well.
