    Hi,

    I was integrated our google workspace to website via fluenstmp but I just realized that mails sending from our administrator account’s gmail address and “From Name” also seem “wrong mail address which we dont want to do that.

    (I checked woocommerce settings and email seem correct)

    How can we fix that?

    After reviewing your query, it appears that this behavior is inherent to the SMTP API-based connection method(Google Workspace default) used by FluentSMTP. The SMTP provider requires the sender’s email to match the authorized account, even if an attempt is made to override it.

    We have observed that the email address used to create the cloud app is ultimately used as the final Sender Name and Sender Address for the recipients.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend updating(configuring) the email address associated with your SMTP provider account and ensuring that it matches the desired sender email address.
