wrong fromatted md5 sum files

  • Can you please provide md5sum files which are correctly formatted that you can use it with the md5sum tool ?????

    md5sum -c wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz.md5
    md5sum: wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz.md5: keine korrekt formatierte MD5‐Prüfsummenzeile gefunden

    should be
    md5sum -c wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz.md5
    wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz: OK

    and should be formatted like that:
    host # cat wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz.md5
    6cd70fcceb7050bfe22fc03e801e0305 wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz

    which is done by e.g.:
    md5sum wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz > wordpress-4.5.3.tar.gz.md5
