Wrong Hooks, action

  • Hello,

    why are you sending the comment hint of the parcel number? Your plugin does not match the correct guidelines for WooCommerce and has no settings for the e-mail templates or actions that are fired.

    So my questions are:

    How can I disable sending your comment writing when you select the status of the delivery? (Meta Box Parcel)

    The setting “order status” Sets order to complete after label generating. Is not working ….

    Hi @yfain ,
    You can disable the emails from : WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Paket > Shipping Label Settings > Tracking Note & Tracking Email fields.

    I checked the order status setting I see it change the order status to completed after label creation, you can check the order notes : https://ibb.co/D17G9Wp

    but the “Order Status” select field will not change unless you refresh the page
