Wrong images are being shown when sharing on Facebook

Hello,

I have question regarding our social media pictures on our website. When sharing posts on Facebook, some articles are using the wrong featured image. We have tried downloading WP Facebook Open Graph protocol and still had the same problem where the featured image was posted on the wrong article. We downloaded a few open graph plugins and none of them seemed to work as well.

We also downloaded the Facebook Debug Plugin and the debugger cannot recognize the featured image. How do we go about fixing this? Some pictures, however are working that we were able to share. The others are not the exact image instead it is for a different article.

We also would like to know how do we post our articles on Twitter because our Twitter is not showing images at all? Thank you for any assistance.
