Wrong IP address retrieved

Whenever i activate CDN (after pointing to the given CNAME), the website looks for an IP address of my old server.
I tried changing IP address under settings on QC dashboard, but no use.
Can you erase my website profile completely, so that i can add again?
If i delete the site and add again, am getting the same cname and same result.
And my tier is LS enterprise, which is not being detected correctly.
